American Weed Co. Makes History as Headline Sponsor of Cali Vibes Festival

In a groundbreaking move for both the cannabis and music industries, American Weed Co. proudly announces its role as the first-ever cannabis brand to headline sponsor a major U.S. music festival. This historic partnership with AEG Presents’ Cali Vibes 2024 festival marks a significant step forward in destigmatizing cannabis and promoting advocacy for reform.

Scheduled to unfold over three days from February 16th to 18th at Marina Green Park in Long Beach, California, Cali Vibes 2024 boasts a star-studded lineup featuring renowned artists such as Gwen Stefani, Ice Cube, Sublime With Rome, Wiz Khalifa, Rebelution, and Stick Figure, among others.

As one of California's fastest-growing cannabis brands and a stalwart in cannabis reform advocacy, American Weed Co. aims to amplify its impact through this partnership. At the festival, attendees can expect a range of activations, including the Vibes Village Presented by American Weed Co., offering a platform for festival goers to explore various cannabis brands and nonprofit organizations.

Moreover, American Weed Co. will unveil a unique activation, featuring a clandestine “military locker” where attendees can experience a speakeasy-style tattoo parlor, offering elevated temporary airbrush tattoos—a nod to the brand's commitment to supporting Veterans and first responders.

Ryan Brooks, Co-Founder and CEO of American Weed Company, expresses his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We’ve always been huge fans of Cali Vibes, so the chance to be a headline sponsor and have such a presence at the event is a real honor. This event allows us to share the work we’ve been doing to destroy the stigma that still surrounds the plant, along with our ongoing efforts to reform cannabis laws so there is equal—and easy—access for all.”

Beyond its presence at Cali Vibes, American Weed Co. remains dedicated to driving sensible regulation, criminal justice reform, social equity, and community reinvestment. Through initiatives like donating up to 10% of its net profits to organizations like Stop Soldier Suicide and advocating for legislative change as a member of the National Cannabis Roundtable, the company continues to champion positive change.

During Cali Vibes, American Weed Co. will further its support for Veterans and first responders by donating 100% of profits from a collaborative T-shirt featuring the festival's branding.

As American Weed Co. expands its reach into new markets, including Arizona and Nevada, its commitment to advocacy and community engagement remains steadfast.
